Established in 2014 by Chris Gibala, AccuBuild Development, Inc. is a distinguished general contracting firm specializing in a wide range of residential construction services, including new home builds, additions, and various types of remodeling projects. Chris Gibala is a 2nd generation builder. At a young age, he would travel to job sites with his father, where he had a front-row seat to daily site operations, managing employees and subcontractors, and working closely with clients to bring their dream homes to life. From this, Chris gained invaluable insights and learned the importance of integrity, honesty, and unwavering dedication in achieving success in the industry. In 2008, upon his return from college, Chris assumed multiple roles within his father’s home building company, spanning from office responsibilities to on-site duties as a superintendent and project manager.
In February 2014, Chris embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, founding AccuBuild Development, Inc. From the planning phase to permit acquisition and through project completion, Chris and his team collaborate closely with clients, including homeowners, architects, designers, or a combination of the three.AccuBuild has cultivated strong partnerships with top-tier subcontractors in the North Shore of Chicago for over 10 years. AccuBuild and all of its subcontractors are fully licensed and insured.
