  • Gather specific information and ideas from you or provide suggestions based on experience
  •  Provide basic design details, floorplans, and selections for your vision.
  •  Offer a detailed estimate and project timeframe.
New Construction/addition Consultation
  • Use architectural plans to offer a detailed estimate covering each phase of construction.
  • Customize details based on your preferences and ideas.
  • Gather information and ideas from you or provide suggestions based on experience.
Permits
  • Upon acceptance of estimate, we will then begin the permit application process for new construction, additions, and remodels (if required).
  • Leverage 10+ years of experience and contacts in various city and village building departments to guide the permitting process along.
Pre-construction Site Meeting
  • Prior to construction we will meet onsite to review approved permit drawings and discuss site preparation and final construction details
Remodeling Construction
  • Accommodate homeowners that will be living in their homes during remodels or additions.
  • Implement site protections, daily cleaning, and address specific client requests.
  • Prioritize communication and transparency for all aspects of the project. This includes constant monitoring of project budgets and updating job schedules weekly.
New Construction/addition Construction
  • Oversee the construction process from demolition to the final clean.
  • Prioritize communication and transparency for all aspects of the project. This includes constant monitoring of project budgets and updating job schedules weekly.
Completion/punch List
  • Conduct a final walkthrough to address any remaining details which would then become the punch list. We pride ourselves on the details throughout each project which leads to short punch lists and timely completion.
